As we all know this pandemic is all over the globe. It is increasing the work-from-home trend. We all are trying to figure out on how to continue working and delivering the outcomes in the given scenario where we have to work alone and remotely. I strongly encourage people to create a separate space in their homes which is just for work or can be designated as a ‘work-only’ space during working hours.  “Psychologically, this will help us to stay sharp and focused. It will also signal to others in our houses that when we’re in our ‘work-only’ space and we should not be interrupted.” We should also have to keep in mind that it’s not a holiday time to chill and relax. In fact it’s time were we all have to work towards thriving our nation in the situation of distress by doing our work responsibilities and not letting it effect the Economy. It time to prove that you can still be productive and efficient. The key to work-from-home success is to create an environment that all

Nobody in the world is same. One might be good at one thing and bad at the other while the other person might be the exact opposite. Similarly, when at times, you lack the most essential thing in life that keeps you going; the other person might be full of it. When everything seems to go to the left, and all the doors to the right get shut; that’s when you need the help of people like doctors to cure. Yes, the ones who are full of what you lack will definitely provide you with the will to continue moving. They will help you get up and open all the doors to the right. All you need is to realize that all that you have to do is NOW, cause sometimes NOW becomes NEVER and that’s when you regret. No!! You can’t afford to regret at any time in your life. Never! So let’s spread the message of prevention to safeguard everyone in order to safe guard yourself. Getting everyone to take turns in introducing themselves and a little on what they know about the topic is quite useful as an ice breaker, before the start of session. I was quite fortunate to take up training session on Health & Hygiene for Sahyog Care 4 You Foundation and impart knowledge to CRPF Staff (wives) When I do trainings, I try to make them interactive session rather than just me going on and on…I like to play games during trainings with quizzes at the end of the sessions. I also like giving little gifts or incentives to top 3 participants which helps to keep everyone awake. I like to use funny photos and videos that show mistakes. Then I let the class to elaborate on how serious the incident is or could have been. It gets their attention with a little humour and results in more active participation in the topic. Looking at today’s scenario it’s very important for everyone to know on Health & Hygiene. The discussion was on some WHO standards and few safet

Once when I was may be 12 playing in the garden area, I got thumped in the fence all because I was looking at an Airplane overhead. Perhaps, the dream to conquer never died within me, with all that in mind, I started doing some research and evaluate all kind of options & possibilities to achieve my dream, pursued commercial pilot’s license and step by step kept moving towards my goal. I started my job as a Commercial Pilot where my first conquest was Boeing 737, the very first experience was a real dream come true which glazed me thoroughly driving high in the sky steering through moving up elevation by elevation. I believe Boeing has always built their airplanes to be piloted. The 737 is Boeing’s most widely produced aircraft and has many variants flown by almost all major airlines in the world. The journey during Boeing 737 was an amazing experience. Finally, my training
